Epoxy floors are waterproof, durable, and provide an anti-slip surface. They provide a nice look to any basement or garage, they hide a lot of imperfections, and resurfacing can make the floor look brand new. In addition to all this, replacing these floors is a cheaper alternative.
You can drive on the surface after two days.
Typically, you would grind the floor for better adhesion and then patch for cracks and pitting to create a smooth surface.
The installation process can take anywhere from a day to a day and a half.
Normally, you can walk on the garage floor within two hours.
Quartz and vinyl floors typically have some grip to them, while metallic floors will be slippery when wet. However, it isn't common that metallic floors get wet as they are normally installed indoors.
Quartz last the longest and vinyl have a 15 year warranty. The lifetime of a metallic floor depends on traffic.
